I built, led, and managed all facets of IDology's marketing and primary research functions, including strategy, brand management, product marketing, demand generation, sales Enablement, content management, PR, social media, events, digital marketing, messaging architecture, competitive intelligence, Analyst relations, comms, partner marketing as well as primary and secondary research.
During my tenure on the executive team leading Marketing, the company achieved a 28% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) over five years through organic growth, driven, in part, by marketing-sourced lead generation, product marketing, PR, and digital marketing initiatives.

Produced market research and actionable intelligence to support Fiserv’s annual strategic product and marketing plans in a $400M division with 500+ clients. I led primary research studies, published related content, conducted media and analyst interviews, conference keynote speaking, synthesized competitive intelligence, and created research-based messaging for industry analysts, media, clients, prospects, sales teams, and executive stakeholders.

While at Fiserv, I held various marketing roles in the company's fastest-growing Biller division. I led marketing adoption efforts for the strategically vital e-bill distribution product line, driving its adoption and growth to 400 million annual transactions and helping establish it as the largest e-bill network in the industry.
