Produced market research and actionable intelligence to support Fiserv’s annual strategic product and marketing plans in a $400M division with 500+ clients. I led primary research studies, published related content, conducted media and analyst interviews, conference keynote speaking, synthesized competitive intelligence, and created research-based messaging for industry analysts, media, clients, prospects, sales teams, and executive stakeholders.
While at Fiserv, I held various marketing roles in the company's fastest-growing Biller division. I led marketing adoption efforts for the strategically vital e-bill distribution product line, driving its adoption and growth to 400 million annual transactions and helping establish it as the largest e-bill network in the industry.

Spearheaded the creation, planning, design, and execution of winning product marketing strategies for the Fiserv Biller Solutions Division. I also led primary and secondary research initiatives, including consumer and business surveys, focus groups, usage analytics, and UX lab testing.
